Our home sleeps a family of 6 to 8 in comfort and benefits from 3 good size bedrooms, south facing conservatory and a beautiful 90ft south facing rear garden kept to a very high standard to allow full enjoyment.

	THE LIVING AREA The entrance leads into a well appointed kitchen with the usual modern amenities. (Please see amenities page for full details). The kitchen leads into a hallway off of which can be found the 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining area and conservatory.
	The Bedrooms Comprise Main Bedroom with Kingsize bed Second Bedroom layed out as a twin room with 2 single beds. (these can of course be placed together to create a large double and there is a joiner mattress to ensure maximum comfort). Third Bedroom is a single room with bunk beds and will comfortably sleep 2 children. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge if additional bed space is required. .

 

THE GARDEN AREA The rear garden is south facing and mainly laid to lawn. Our home is equipped with a large TV, DVD surround sound and stereo system.
